— Adani Green to buy 50-MW Indian solar park from SkyPower

Indian renewables developer Adani Green Energy Ltd (BOM:541450), or AGEL, has struck a definitive agreement to buy the owner of a 50-MW solar park in the state of Telangana from Canada’s SkyPower Global.
